Prestige Auto Body Supports the NH Breast Cancer Coalition

We Support the NH Breast Cancer CoalitionThe owner of Prestige Auto Body, David Ludwig, is known for providing top notch automobile collision repair services. But, what most people don’t know is that he is truly a creative artist who combines his commitment to the community, his skills as an auto body man, and his artistic vision. This artistic vision was showcased with his Pink Ribbon aluminum sculpture created for the Bras Across the River event in 2010. That sculpture has been available ever since as a traveling display where people can sign the ribbon to commemorate their unique experience with the dreadful disease.

In 2012, David and the team at Prestige Auto Body once again stepped up to create the focal point of the new Bra Bank event, which supports families in New Hampshire dealing with breast cancer. Celebrating his 25th year in business, he dedicates this effort in thanks to all his customers that have made Prestige Auto Body so successful. “I can’t think of a better way to celebrate my 25th year in business than to do BraBanksomething to support my community and also show off the craftsmanship that the entire Prestige team provides everyday. I hope this will be as meaningful to the community as it is to me,” comments Ludwig.

The WZID Bra Bank was conceived with the need to draw attention to this issue in a way that would generate “buzz” and encourage everyone to participate. The month-long event based at the Mall of New Hampshire was centered around this 10-foot-tall bank constructed in the Prestige Auto Body facility, located just minutes from the mall. Design and construction for the sculpture began in June and is truly crafted out of wood, metal and love. This colossal sculpture provided the perfect vessel for the public to make cash donations at the mall. It was a place for people to gather and spend a moment to appreciate life and share support for those touched by the disease. Thanks to Dave and the team at Prestige Auto Body, the event was able to raise over $10,000 for the New Hampshire Breast Cancer Coalition.
